2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

When opening an account, you must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including:

• Correct banking and payment details

If false or misleading information is provided, bij99 reserves the right to suspend or close the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. bij99 will never ask for your password. Please notify our support team immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.

bij99 offers various promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own specific terms. However, the following policies generally apply:

4.1 Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit at bij99, you will receive a 100% welcome bonus up to ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives you a bonus of ৳1,000, making your total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳22,000 gives you the maximum bonus of ৳10,000, for a total of ৳32,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of deposit and bonus. For example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 must be wagered before withdrawing winnings from the bonus.

4.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

The following activities will be considered bonus abuse and may result in the bonus being cancelled:

• Claiming bonuses through multiple accounts
• Using artificial betting strategies to obtain a bonus
• Placing coordinated bets with another person's account (account collusion)
• Attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met

4.4 VIP Program

bij99's VIP program has three tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (weekly cashback up to 0.8%), and Gold (weekly cashback up to 1.2%). Through regular play, you can advance from Bronze to Silver, and from Silver to Gold.

5.1 Fair Play Commitment
